    This is a smallish, but attractively maintained, formal flower garden. It is 'sunken' slightly below street level, surrounded by a shrub border (save for two entrances from the sidewalk on the river side of the garden, and highlighted with a very small gazebo in the center.

    Amazing! I walk around the island at least once a week during my lunch hour, and I know nothing about this supposed Nature Trail. The key words in the description have to be "blocked up". That state of affairs may be related to the regular flooding that the Island sustains.
